Arrive at your hotel or agriturismo in Alberobello and get settled in. You'll have time to check out the town's distinctive trulli architecture, those cone-shaped stone houses that make this place so recognizable. Dinner comes at your accommodation, so you can take it easy after traveling.

Alberobello - Noci - Alberobello
This morning starts with a bike ride through the countryside around Alberobello on a circular route. You'll cycle through olive groves, vineyards, and fruit and almond tree plantations as you head toward the small historic town of Noci. From there, you make your way back to Alberobello, passing through the same scenic farmland you started with.

Alberobello - Castellana Caves - Alberobello
Start the day on a scenic circular bike route heading to the Castellana Caves, the largest underground tourist site in Italy. A guided tour takes you through the labyrinth of grottos with stalactites and stalagmites throughout. Later, you cycle back to Alberobello, and on the return trip you get views of the Adriatic Sea.

Today's bike route covers the Valle d'Itria, one of southern Italy's most beautiful cultural landscapes, with its characteristic dry stone walls. You'll head through Locorotondo, known as the town of white wine, then continue to Cisternino and Ostuni where you get magnificent views of the sea. By afternoon, a shuttle bus brings you back to Alberobello.

The old town sits on steep cliffs overlooking the water, so you can explore the narrow streets or take a swim in the emerald green waters. A shuttle bus returns you to Alberobello later in the afternoon.
