Itinerary
- Day 1
Innsbruck
You'll arrive in Innsbruck and spend time walking through the old town to see the city tower and the Goldenes Dachl, which is probably the most recognizable landmark here. An information talk and bike handout will get you ready for the cycling ahead.

- Day 2
Innsbruck to Imst
This morning you cycle along the former towpath beside the Inn River with Martinswand rising up on one side. The route takes you through small villages and past local markets, then into Stams where there's a baroque Cistercian monastery to see. After that, you'll head through Haiming and finish in Imst, which locals call the 'Merano of North Tyrol'. The day covers about 65km of riding.

- Day 3
Imst to Mals or Burgeis
You'll cycle along the Inn and pass Zams Monastery before reaching Landeck, where you hop on a bus with your bike included for the transfer to Nauders. From there, the route climbs just under 70 meters to Reschen Pass, then descends toward Reschensee lake. Side roads take you to either Mals with its medieval town center full of towers, or to Burgeis sitting below Marienburg castle. This day tour is roughly 50km.

- Day 4
Mals to Merano
Start by heading to Glurns to check out the completely preserved medieval town wall. Then you cycle through old mining ruins down toward Merano/Meran, passing castles and palaces along the way including Juval Castle, which belonged to mountaineer Reinhold Messner. The views include the Ortler massif and Stelvio Pass. If you prefer, the Vinschgaubahn train covers part of this route. The day is about 65km of cycling.

- Day 5
Merano
You have flexibility in Merano to choose what works for you. Cycle to Passeier Valley and visit the Sandwirt, birthplace of Tyrolean freedom hero Andreas Hofer, or walk the Tappeinerweg trail, or explore shopping under the famous arcades in town. This day covers roughly 40km depending on which option you pick.

- Day 6
Merano to Ora
You cycle via Lana, passing the famous Schnatterpeck altar, then through orchards and vineyards following the South Tyrolean Wine Route. Several fortified castles, palaces and ruins dot the path, including Hocheppan with its important frescoes. By evening you reach Lake Kaltern and settle into Ora, a cozy wine village where you'll stay the night. This day is approximately 50km.

- Day 7
Ora to Bolzano
From Ora you cycle through the Adige Valley or take the more scenic route over Montiggl Lakes, passing Sigmundskron on the way to Bolzano. The city is known for its arcades and the Ötzi Museum. This is a shorter day at about 35km of riding.
