- Day 1
St. Moritz
You'll arrive in St. Moritz and get settled into your accommodation. The town sits right on a beautiful lake and has that glamorous Alpine feel to it. This is really the perfect starting point before you head out on your cycling tour through the Engadin valley and the Inn River region.

Maloja Pass to Zernez
After a short bus transfer takes you to the Maloja Pass at over 1,800 meters, your cycling tour kicks off. You'll follow the Inn River (En) as it flows gently from the mountain, cycling along the Engadin lakes on some technically demanding forest and meadow paths before you reach Zernez down on the wide valley floor.

- Day 3
Zernez to Pfunds
Today you cycle through lush mountain meadows that are full of Engadin culture, following the northern foothills of Europe's oldest Alpine national park with the Inn River constantly in view. You'll pass through charming villages like Guarda where the houses have decorated walls, come across ancient settlements, and cycle by the old border crossing at Altfinstermuenz before arriving in Pfunds.

Pfunds to Imst

From there the route continues through the Milser-Auen landscape until you reach Imst, which is known for its traditional carnival and cultural heritage.

Imst to Innsbruck
You'll cycle from Imst through the Imst gorge along the Inn River to Roppen, where there's a chance to refresh at the Römerbadl Kneipp facility. After that you can visit the historic Stams Abbey Cistercian monastery, then continue through pine forests and meadows before you arrive in Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol.

Innsbruck to Kramsach
You'll cycle on flat, easy paths that stay close to the Inn River heading toward Hall in Tirol, the historic saline town. Then there's the Swarovski Crystal Worlds park in Wattens to visit before you continue to Kramsach. This town is known for its red marble, which was used in iconic buildings like the Golden Roof in Innsbruck and the Palace of Justice in Munich.

After that the route takes you through the protected Inn floodplain landscape before reaching Rosenheim.
