Itinerary
- Day 1
Innsbruck
You'll arrive in Innsbruck and spend the day getting oriented to the city. After settling in, walk through the old town to see the city tower and the Golden Roof, which is one of the area's most recognizable landmarks. You'll get an information session about the tour, and bike rentals are available so you can test out your cycling setup before heading out on the route tomorrow.

- Day 2
Innsbruck to Brixen
After breakfast, take a train or minibus to Brenner Pass and then start cycling on a recently built path that mostly follows the Eisack river. Along the way you'll pass through Gossensass and Sterzing, a historic town with connections to the Fugger family, then head via Thumberg and past Reifenstein Castle. Later the route takes you through Franzensfeste with its fortress, then beside the peaceful Vahrner See lake to Vahrn before arriving in Brixen, the episcopal town.

- Day 3
Brixen to Bolzano
This morning you'll cycle through Klausen, known for its connection to Dürer, staying near the Eisack river to Waidbruck where you get good views of Trostburg Castle. The valley gets narrower as it opens into the Bolzano basin. Once in Bolzano, you can visit the Archaeological Museum to see Ötzi, the Iceman, along with other artifacts and exhibits there.

- Day 4
Bolzano to Ora
You'll cycle through South Tyrolean Wine Route, moving past orchards and vineyards with many castles, palaces and ruins visible from the path. Head toward the wine village of Eppan and Lake Kaltern, then settle for the night in Ora, another wine village with a relaxed, local atmosphere.

- Day 5
Ora to Trento
Most of today follows a path beside the Adige river, sometimes passing through orchards. Ride to Salurn where the German-speaking region of South Tyrol ends. From there, the route shifts to embankment paths leading to Trento, where the old town is worth spending time exploring before the day ends.

Trento to Rivalta
The valley gets narrower as mountain cliffs come closer, and you'll see several impressive castles that once protected a major trade route. Cycle through Rovereto and Ala, which is known as the Mozart town, both worth a stop. Then continue on the cycle path to Rivalta, finishing out the day along quieter sections of the route.

- Day 7
Rivalta to Verona
Head all the way to Verona today on the well-maintained path alongside the Adige river. There are only a few interruptions along the way, so it's mostly smooth riding. You'll arrive in this historic city in the evening, and the tour wraps up after breakfast tomorrow morning.

Verona
Have breakfast and then depart on your own using public transportation. The tour services end after the meal, so this is when you'll head to your next destination or make your way home.
