- Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins in Arusha where you'll climb into a Land Cruiser and head out to Tarangire National Park. You'll spend the day on a game drive looking for elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and over 400 bird species throughout the park. After the drive, you'll have dinner and stay overnight at Fig Tree Lodge.

Landmarks Tarangire National Park - Day 2
Tarangire to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, you'll drive from Tarangire through countryside dotted with Maasai villages heading toward Serengeti National Park. Once you arrive at Seronera in central Serengeti, there's an afternoon game drive where you can look for big cats and watch the large herds move across the plains. By evening you'll settle in at Shuhudia Adventure Camp for dinner and overnight.

Central Serengeti
This is a full day on the central Serengeti plains with your guide watching for predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards hunting, plus big herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. The outfitter brings a picnic lunch out to the bush so you stay focused on wildlife viewing rather than heading back to camp. After spending the day out there, you'll return to Shuhudia Adventure Camp for dinner and overnight.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 4
Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You'll start with a game drive while exiting the Serengeti, then head toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area where crater rim views greet you upon arrival. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has both wildlife and Maasai communities living there, making it a significant safari location in Africa. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wild Camp.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
You'll get up early and drive down into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive where elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, and rare black rhinos live. After a picnic lunch in the crater, you'll head back up to the rim and then start the trip back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. Your hotel drop-off marks the end of your safari.
