Itinerary
- Day 1
Zanzibar to Arusha to Tarangire
You'll land in Arusha early morning from Zanzibar and connect with your safari guide right away. From there, head into Tarangire National Park for your first game drive, where you'll see massive baobab trees scattered across the landscape and large herds of elephants moving through the park along with other wildlife. Later in the afternoon, drive to Karatu where you'll spend the night.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, head to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. You'll descend into the crater floor for an extensive game drive where there's a good chance of spotting the Big 5 and the rare black rhino. Lunch gets served on the crater floor itself. Later, you'll ascend back to the rim and return to Karatu for the evening.

Landmarks/POIs Ngorongoro Crater - Day 3
Lake Manyara to Arusha
Start early with breakfast, then descend into the Great Rift Valley to visit Lake Manyara National Park. You'll look for tree-climbing lions, impalas, giraffes, and buffaloes, plus the chance to spot hippos and colorful flamingos at the hippo pools. After lunch, drive to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
