- Day 1
Padstow
You'll arrive in Padstow, a working harbour town on north Cornwall's coast. After checking into your hotel, there's a welcome briefing where your leader goes over the week's plans and takes questions. It's a good chance to get oriented and meet the group before things kick off tomorrow.

Landmarks/POIs Padstow - Day 2
Padstow to Rock
Start by taking the foot ferry across the Camel Estuary to Rock, then walk inland toward the beaches at Polzeath and Daymer Bay before heading up to Pentire Head. After lunch, you'll pass St Enodoc Church and walk along the dunes. The foot ferry brings you back to Padstow in the late afternoon, and dinner's at one of the town's many restaurants.

- Day 3
Padstow Coastal Walk
Head out from the hotel along the coastal path, following the cliffs at Stepper Point where you'll get panoramic views of the ocean, town, and estuary. Keep an eye out for peregrine falcons in this area. From there, continue along the coast and beaches toward lunch in Trevone, Harlyn Bay, or Constantine Bay depending on how things go. A bus gets you back across the headland in the afternoon.

Landmarks/POIs Stepper Point Trevone Harlyn Bay Constantine Bay - Day 4
Lanhydrock Gardens to Fowey
You'll transfer to Lanhydrock Gardens and start walking down the Fowey Estuary. Spend time exploring the gardens, then walk toward the coast passing Restormel Castle and into Lostwithiel for lunch. After that, follow the Saint's Way through Golant and on to Fowey on the south Cornish coast. By evening, transfer to your new hotel in Charlestown.

Charlestown to Mevagissey
Walk southwards from the hotel along the South West Coast Path heading toward Mevagissey. You'll divert off the main path to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, which were brought back to life in 1991 after sitting neglected for 70 years. Continue into Mevagissey for lunch with fresh seafood that was caught that morning.

- Day 6
Polkerris to Fowey
After breakfast, catch a public bus to Polkerris village and beach. Walk along the coast toward Gribben Head before dropping down to Polridmouth Cove, where Daphne Du Maurier set her 1938 novel Rebecca. You'll arrive in Fowey for lunch. Later, take a ferry across the harbour to Polruan and walk the other side of the estuary, then ferry back to Fowey for your final evening.
