Our guide was personable and knowledgeable and the hotels with breakfast were very nice, The issue was that we were usually dropped off in a town with little information and too much time. The “city tours” were showing us where to meet the bus and where the bathrooms were. It wasn’t much of a “walking tour” except Porto and Lisbon where we had local guides providing the tour. All other locations, it was really up to us to find attractions to go to and learn about on our own. Out of 52 people there were 7 English speakers, so there was more time invested in communicating with them. Also, through no fault of our guide or tour company, we had a group of 18 Argentinians that couldn’t have been more rude with saving seats, telling us to move from our seats, talking loudly during the English portions and elbowing us at the breakfast buffet. Overall, this tour worked with my schedule, but I would not book with them again.

Ofelia was a knowledgeable and kind guide The places we visited were amazingly beautiful and layers of history which helped in the appreciation of the places we visited by enthusiastic local guides Areas to improve - The meeting place at the start of the tour and time should be clear in the Confirmation invoice, with the itinerary. I couldn’t find the itinerary of the tours by emailing the company after I booked -‘d requested a number of times. Regards Angeline

Our 10 day tour had us joining three different tour groups (I.e., first portion was with Vanessa from VPT, second portion (Morocco) was with Adil from MundiMaroc, and final leg was with Ofelia from VPT). Everything with VPT was AMAZING. Nearly everything with MundiMaroc was not. They didn’t follow the itinerary we paid for, they took us on a full day tour of Fes which included stops at 4 stores of their friends where we had to watch a presentation about their products. It felt like a day long infomercial. They almost left people at stops multiple times (I only saw our guide count to make sure everyone was there twice). There was NO communication from our guide - either about what the plans for the day were or where we were/what we were driving by. The bus driver was insane. Passing other vehicles including buses and big trucks heading into blind corners. The AC on the bus barely worked. That said, our guide there was very nice, this just may not be the job for him… I would rate the Spain portion of our trip 5/5. I would rate the Morocco portion 1/5. Also in Morocco 5/6 of us picked up some sort of digestion/stomach bug (even though we only ate and drank at places they took us). Five days after leaving Morocco we are STILL having problems. It’s impacting the rest of our trip because days later we must always be within a few mins of a bathroom.
