In the event it turned out to be just one other person booked on the same trip who was not even in the same hotel! The holiday was in fact three separate day trips with random people who had booked with other operators and with no evening functions and nothing at all arranged for new years eve so no group as such at all. So I pretty much ended up being a solo traveler literally! its not at all what I thought it would be no group no cohesion. The company operative who texted regularly with updates on each day outing was very helpful but I am afraid this was a big disappointment could have just booked myself into a hotel and arranged 3 day trips of my choice at less cost I suspect!
