Traveler•Written September 2022We are in our 60's. How difficult is the gorilla trek?
- Responsible Gorilla TripsOperator•Written September 2022
This is going to be a private tour, for just the two of you on the vehicle. There is always medium hikes for people in 60- 80's, will arrange that for you to hike short hours to the gorillas. That's to say 3 to 5hours return journey taking it easy and slow.
- Responsible Gorilla TripsOperator•Written September 2022
Whilst on the game safari, we shall be driving on designated tracks to get close to the animals feeding on the savanna Parks. On the boat rides we shall get so close to elephant, hippo, crocodiles. Also for gorillas and chimpanzees we get so close at 6- 8 metres however the gorillas and chimpanzees don't know about the distance, they can get so close, touch your hair, grab your hand sometimes and are habituated and used to presence of humans
