Itinerary
- Day 1
Chiapa de Corzo
You'll arrive in Mexico and transfer to Chiapa de Corzo, a well-preserved colonial city nestled in Chiapas. Take the day to settle into your accommodation, rest, and let your body adjust to the new environment. If your flight gets in early, you can walk around town on your own and get a feel for the place before meeting everyone tomorrow.

Chiapa de Corzo
This morning you'll meet your tour leader and the rest of the group. After introductions, head out on a boat trip through Sumidero Canyon where you'll see towering cliffs, caves, and waterfalls from the water. Back in Chiapa de Corzo, take an orientation walk through the historic center with your group. Dinner with the group is optional if you want to join in the evening.

- Day 3
Chiapa de Corzo to Puerto Arista
Travel south to Puerto Arista, a quiet beach town on Chiapas's Pacific coast. Check into your beachside place and spend the day relaxing by the ocean. You have the afternoon and evening to yourself, though the group can gather for an optional dinner if you'd like to hang out together.

- Day 4
Puerto Arista to Mitla
Start the morning at the beach, then head inland toward Mitla, a charming magical town. On the way, stop at an artisanal mezcal factory where you'll taste this famous Mexican spirit and learn how it's made. Once you reach Mitla, check in and take a walking tour through the historic center. An optional group dinner happens in the evening.

Mitla to Oaxaca
Begin at Hierve el Agua, a series of mineral springs with dramatic terraces and great views for photos and sunset. From there, continue to Monte Albán Archaeological Zone, the old Zapotec capital and one of Mesoamerica's most significant ceremonial sites. Later, travel to Oaxaca, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its culture and history. Check in, join a guided walk, and optional dinner with the group.

- Day 6
Oaxaca to Puebla
Visit the Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve, a network of mountain ranges and valleys that was key to how agriculture developed in Mesoamerica. Spend time hiking through the natural landscape. After that, continue to Puebla, another UNESCO World Heritage city with preserved colonial architecture. Check in, take a walking tour through town, and join an optional group dinner.

- Day 7
Puebla to Mexico City
Start at Cholula, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the Americas, home to the Great Pyramid of Cholula (the largest by volume in the world). You'll see the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios sitting on top of the pyramid and the historic Franciscan convent of San Gabriel. Then head to Teotihuacán, one of Mexico's most significant archaeological zones with impressive pyramids and temples. Grab lunch near the site, then drive into Mexico City for the evening. Check in, settle in, and an optional group dinner is available.

Mexico City
Your last day comes with no scheduled activities, so you have complete freedom. Breakfast is included before you decide what comes next, whether that's heading home, staying longer in Mexico City, or joining another tour. You can spend the day however you want.
