Teruel
You'll start in Teruel, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its Mudéjar architecture and the story of the Lovers of Teruel. This morning, walk through the historic center to see the Escalinata Neomudéjar and Torre del Salvador, which showcase the distinctive architectural style that defines this place. Later, try some local cuisine where black truffles feature prominently in regional dishes. Teruel to Estación Mora
Today's a cycling day, covering 47 km from Teruel toward Estación Mora. You'll ride through pine forests and then climb to Puerto de Escandón. Along the way, you'll cross some impressive stone bridges and viaducts. The route takes you through kermes oak forests, the heart of the world's largest black truffle production area. By evening, you reach Estación Mora where you can check out the local truffle tourism scene and look up at Spain's clearest night sky if conditions are right.

Estación Mora to Segorbe
This stage covers 67 km on the bike to Segorbe, another UNESCO Heritage city. You'll pass through villages including Navajas, where El Salto de la Novia waterfall is located. The terrain winds through Valencian and kermes oak forests with nice views from the Ragudo outlook toward Sierra Calderona and Sierra Espadán natural parks. After reaching Segorbe, you'll have time to walk around the old town and get a feel for this historic place at your own pace.

Segorbe to Canet d'En Berenguer
Stage 3 is 44 km and takes you through inland villages and citrus groves with views of Sierra Calderona Natural Park. As you cycle, the landscape gradually shifts as you head toward the Mediterranean. By day's end, you'll roll into Canet d'En Berenguer and can spend time on the beach and promenade, one of Spain's nicest coastal stretches with multiple Blue Flag designations. The setting here really shows how the mountains and sea come together.

Canet d'En Berenguer to Valencia
The final cycling stage covers 40 km from Canet to Valencia along the Vía Churra and Vía Augusta, riding close to the Mediterranean and passing through Valencian vegetable gardens. Once you reach Valencia, you'll explore a city that mixes old and new. Check out the Cathedral of Valencia, La Lonja, and the Tribunal de las Aguas, all UNESCO Heritage sites. After that, head to La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, the modern complex designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela. Walk through the Turia riverbed, Valencia's green space that cuts through the city, and wander the old town area.
