- ADeanna Babcock· September 26th, 2022I loved the Oahu & Maui Adventure. It was a perfect mix of physical activity and relaxation, and of days packed with fun and days to relax and do our own thing. Michaela and every other guide we encountered was passionate about Hawaii and teaching us about the culture. Michaela suggested several different activities we could pursue in our free time. This was my first group tour and I'm dying to book another Hawaii trip with G.Show moreG Adventures commented on this reviewThank you so much for sharing your feedback. - BHBerit· November 14th, 2022I really enjoyed the tours, especially the sunset catamaran tour and the canoe tour offered by G. They were the best tours of all tours including the paid tours that I booked through the hotel. I also enjoyed that Michaela shared her personal favorite beaches and restaurants with us on Maui. Her Spotify Hip Abduction music in the van was fantastic. Michaela was very personable sharing her personal experience as a travel guide with the group and personal travels. During the canoe tour, a Hawaiian shared his culture with the group which I totally enjoyed because the setting was right and it was authentic. Learning about a country's culture was something I would like to see more of with G Adventure. Michaela was great, but I was a little bit disappointed that she was unable to join us during the very first night for dinner. It would have been nice to have a facilitator on this very first night.Show moreG Adventures commented on this reviewThank you so much for sharing your review of and Michaela. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed beautiful Hawaii and hope to welcome you on another adventure in the near future!Trip date: November 2022

Asked on August 16th, 2023We would be leaving from LA . .do we get met at airport by tour guide? How where and when do we meet tour guide?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written August 2023
We do not offer transfers for this trip, this would be your own responsibility. You would meet the group and guide at the starting hotel the evening of Day 1.

Asked on June 27th, 2023Are you saying add ANOTHER $2240 for a total of $4299.25?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written June 2023
Yes, My Own Room is an additional $2239. If you want to do the tour but don't want to pay to have your own room then you would be roomed with a same gender traveller in a twin share room.

Asked on June 19th, 2023can you extend the 7 day tour to Oahu and Maui to 10 days
- G AdventuresOperator•Written June 2023
We can add extra night hotels to a booking but we do not have an extension including more than just hotel nights.

Asked on June 6th, 2023Is the month of August 2024, a good time to travel to Hawaii? If not what is the most weather comfortable time to travel. The best time to travel with the 40+ crowd.
- G AdventuresOperator•Written June 2023
August is a great time to visit Hawaii as the weather is warm (83F average) and rainfall is minimal. May - September are all good months. There isn't any specific time of year that attracts certain age groups. Though you may find more families in Hawaii overall during the summer, our tours tend to be popular with travelers in their 40s all year round.

Asked on January 2nd, 2023Seniors, but really wanted to explore the rain forest. Is there any other options?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written January 2023
This tour maybe of interest as on day 6 you will have a free day where you can consider to visit the rainforest area on the Island.

Asked on October 12th, 2022Are transfers to and from airport included? What hotels are included? How far are hotels from town?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written October 2022
Transfers are not included in this tour, you will have to make your way to the starting hotel independently. The hotels we will be using on this journey can be found in the Full Itinerary, which I have attached as a PDF document. We reserve the right to change the accommodations for operational reasons, but will always choose an alternative of similar quality and service standards.

Asked on September 21st, 2022What are the names of the hotels in Honolulu and in Maui? Is kayaking and snorkeling equipment included? If not, how much is it to rent? How do I know who the CEO is when I arrive? How do I get back from Maui to Honolulu? Any recommendations?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written September 2022
I'd be happy to help answer all of your questions!

Asked on September 12th, 2022Single traveler, please let me know my room options. What is the minimum number required for this tour to go ahead? Which airport would I fly to?
- G AdventuresOperator•Written September 2022
On our Classic style trips, you will share with another member of the tour of the same gender, unless you book a single supplement own room. On this tour, the extra cost of this would be $3039. We only require one person for the tour to go ahead, we don't have a minimum numbers requirement. The meeting point of the tour is Waikiki, so you should fly into Honolulu International Airport.

Asked on June 3rd, 2022How to transfer back to Oahu for Flights to US? Hotels are important to me. Can you tell me what Hotels would be used if not the ones shown
- G AdventuresOperator•Written June 2022
This tour ends in Kahului in Maui and we don't offer assistance back to Oahu, as this tour continues on to Kauai with our Hawaii Multi-Island Explorer trip. We leave it to our passengers to book ongoing travel if returning to Oahu. The hotels are listed under each day of the itinerary. If these change, we will email all of our customers directly and let them know the new hotel name.
