Your driver picks you up at Ezeiza International Airport and takes you to your hotel. After you settle in, the rest of the day is open for whatever you feel like doing—wander around the neighborhood, grab lunch somewhere local, or just relax and get over the flight.

Your guide walks you through Buenos Aires' main neighborhoods starting with Recoleta Cemetery and Palermo, then moves into San Telmo and Puerto Madero. You'll see Casa Rosada at Plaza de Mayo, the Obelisk, and Teatro Colon throughout the day. After lunch, head to La Boca to check out the colorful Caminito street museum. This evening, dinner and a tango show at El Querandi in San Telmo wraps up the tour.

Tigre Delta
Following breakfast, your driver takes you along Costanera del Libertador Avenue toward Tigre Delta, passing Jorge Newbery Airport, River Plate Stadium, and the Presidential House of Olivos. First stop is San Isidro to see the San Isidro Cathedral and Rio de La Plata. From there, you'll head to El Tigre Town pier to board a ship for a cruise through the rivers and tributaries, passing the former residence of president Sarmiento, then return to your hotel by evening.

I enjoyed my visit to Argentina very much -- but it would have been even better had I not sustained injuries requiring hospitisation & sutures, plus altitude sickness for the remainder, and the ocean tours in Ushuaia not been all cancelled due to weather.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Agate Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
