Our guide John Horvath was amazing. Informative, patient and personable. All right up until we got to London where I felt we got dumped. The guide on our morning tour of London, Peppa, I think was sarcastic, arrogant and mean. He did get us to the highlights efficiently but other than that he was awful. He gave me completely wrong information connecting to my optional tour and if I hadn't decided to check in with London tour center, my grandson and I would never have found the bus. Roxie the consultant at the hotel was wonderful however. I also have to say I spent a lot of extra money on optional tours to get the full experience. It was a very well organzed tour that didn't waste a minute. It is an experience my grandson and I will never forget. Asked on April 7th, 2024I was wondering if I can stay in a private room and what the additional cost would be? If not available, I am traveling solo - will a roommate be assigned? I need the best price including any specials or discounts (senior, etc.).
TrafalgarOperator•Written April 2024If the guests would prefer to have a solo room, the current offer of the tour (single supplement) is at $4850.00 USD. This doesn't include the prepaid gratuities, flights and travel insurance. Once you have chosen to be in a solo room, you will not be sharing accommodations with another passenger.

You have the option to include gratuities directly in your booking. Alternatively, you can settle this with your travel director during your trip. Single rooms for solo travelers are no longer available for this trip as they are nearly sold out. The currently available rooms are for guests travelling with family/friends who want their own room or want to share a room with a stranger.
