Itinerary
- Day 1
Amman
Your journey begins with a pickup at Queen Alia International Airport and a transfer to your hotel in Amman. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to do as you like. Some people grab lunch nearby and rest from travel, while others take a walk around the hotel area to get a feel for the city. It's a good chance to adjust to the time zone and prepare for the days ahead.

Ajloun - Salt - Amman
After breakfast, your driver takes you to Jerash to see the Roman Ruins, one of the world's best-preserved ancient Roman cities with temples, theaters, and wide colonnaded streets still standing. From there, you head north to Ajloun where you'll walk through a fortress built by General Saladin in 1184 AD, offering views over the surrounding hills. Later in the afternoon, you stop in Salt to wander through its Ottoman Turkish-era buildings that line the mountain slopes. By evening, you're back in Amman.

Mount Nebo - Dead Sea
Your driver picks you up to head to Madaba, where you'll see the famous ancient mosaic map depicting the Holy Land. Next, you drive to Mount Nebo to visit the old monastery and take in views over the Jordan Valley, the place where Prophet Moses is said to have gazed at the Promised Land. After that, you transfer to the Dead Sea and check into your hotel. You'll have time to float in the salty water and try the dark mud before sunset.

Petra
Your driver takes you to Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabataean Kingdom, surrounded by russet sandstone cliffs. You'll ride a horse from the entrance through the Siq Canyon, a narrow path cutting through towering rock walls. At the end of the canyon stands Al Khazneh, Petra's iconic landmark carved into the cliff face. Depending on your fitness level, you can explore other sites around the area on your own before checking into a local hotel for the night.

Wadi Rum - Aqaba
This morning your driver takes you north to Little Petra, just 7km away, where you'll see similar stone carvings carved by the Nabataeans. Then you head south for about 1.5 hours to Wadi Rum Desert, known as the 'Moon Valley' for its otherworldly landscape of sand dunes and red cliffs. A 4x4 jeep tour lets you explore canyons, sand dunes, and Nabatean rock inscriptions scattered throughout. After that, you continue driving south for about an hour to reach Aqaba, Jordan's southernmost city on the Red Sea, where you check in and have free time to explore.

Arava Border Crossing - Eilat - Jerusalem
After breakfast, your driver transfers you to the Arava Border Crossing to cross into Israel. An Israeli driver meets you on the other side and takes you to Eilat, a family-friendly beachside city along the Red Sea. You'll have a half-day to relax and walk around Eilat, then continue driving through the Negev Desert to Jerusalem for an overnight stay.

Bethlehem
Your driver-guide meets you in the hotel lobby and leads you into Jerusalem's Old City to visit the Western Wall, Church of the Sepulcher, and Al Aqsa Mosque. You'll also walk through Mount Zion to see the Tomb of David and Dormition Abbey. After that, you head south to Bethlehem to check out the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus, and Manger Square. Before returning to Jerusalem, you stop at Shepherds Field.
