- Carla· July 20th, 2023This is somewhere between 3 and 4 for me. The pros - the tour guide/s worked very hard and tried their best. The city tour was especially interesting and I loved the market tour and facts as we walked round. The Botero museum is an excellent substitute for the day the Gold Museum is closed. The hotel was good quality, well appointed and convenient. The room was huge with 2 double beds and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The guides at the airport were good and I was taken right to the check-in desk on way home which was helpful as a single traveller. Had a phone apology after the below which I really appreciated. The cons - I was given a Spanish tour guide. She worked so hard to share facts with me via Google Translate and conduct the tour but really, for the price, I would have expected them to have sorted an English speaking guide even if I had been paired with another party. A second guide who could speak English was provided for the second half of the day which was much better in terms of the experience but the tour is not cheap when considering what you'd pay directly in Colombia and one of the reasons I booked in advance was to have a clearer experience that I could follow and this was a weakness and took it down from a clear 4/4.5 to a 3.Show moreReceptivo Aborigen Tours commented on this reviewHi Carla thanks for your review!Trip date: May 2023

Asked on February 16th, 2025I am interested in the 3 day Bogota tour. I am just confused about the beginning time of the tour on the 27th. What time does my flight need to arrive at the airport? Also, what time will I be brought back to the airport on the 29th or do I arrange my own return time?
- Receptivo Aborigen ToursOperator•Written February 2025
For the transfers on the first and last day, we will coordinate them according to your flight schedule. This tour includes two nights of accommodation with breakfast and a guided city tour and visit of the Gold Museum and Monserrate.
