  Loved the tour, no problems with trains, relaxing in between cities. Hotels were in good location from train station. Excellent breakfasts.

  Enjoyed our tour a lot and appreciated all the timely accommodations made for us! It made everything flow pretty easily considering we were doing a tour nearly everyday we were there. Some communication was hard during our time there, such as having a walking tour in Venice being canceled on us without our knowledge, but they were able to get things situated when we arrived. It would have been helpful to have them reach out a little more during our time there to make sure everything was going well. It would have been helpful to also receive communication about the private transfers we received too, instead of us reaching out first. But no big deal. I still appreciate everything that was arranged for us! We did show up early for our colosseum tour and waited around wondering where they were, but they left and never called our names since they were several other groups. We called and there was some back and forth between this tour company, supplier and I. They asked me why I called nearly 15 minutes after the tour left and it was because a few tours we did prior began late so we assumed it was that again, then proceeded to tell me we didn’t get the full tour of the colosseum, trevi fountain and pantheon, which we did and I sent them my screenshot. After going back and forth we were finally able to receive a refund at the end of our trip, which I am grateful for!!! We ended up doing the colosseum, trevi fountain and pantheon ourselves. Tip: overly communicate and make sure to let your company know you require communication during your stay. Thank you again for the tour, we had so much fun and made amazing memories!!

  We are very pleased with this service. Having the hotels and train rides booked for us in advance made the trip go smoothly. We definitely would do it again.

  We were disappointed with Sorrento, the hotel had to put us in a different hotel, which was very outdated. Our rooms were “upgraded“ with a balcony, but that faced a very busy street. We never heard from our driver who was going to pick us up in Naples, which would’ve been nice because we ended up missing the train and then had to take a horrible train from Naples to Sorrento. Otherwise, our hotels in Venice, Florence and Rome were wonderful and great locations. With regard to the excursions, our chiantitour bus driver was horrible. He yelled at us about having food when many other people were eating. Thank you.

  Our tour was perfectly arranged and every detail was planned and communicated to us by Irene. She thought of everything! She suggested and booked tours for us and also booked transfers so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. We had a great time, and thanks to Irene, our entire trip was stress-free. One of our many highlights was a private tour to Pisa and Cinque Terre led by Elisabetta. She was patient with our countless questions, knowledgeable, shared personal stories and our day spent with her was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour company and this particular trip to Italy.
