  1. Day 1

    Perth

    You'll arrive in Perth and get settled at your hotel. This evening, meet your Journey Director and the other travelers at a Welcome Reception where you'll sample local Western Australian wines, beers, and canapes.

  2. Day 2

    Perth

    Your Journey Director takes you through Perth's main sights including Elizabeth Quay and Yagan Square. Then you'll spend time in Kings Park checking out the city views and walking through its 3,000 species of Western Australian plants. The afternoon is yours to relax or explore more if you want. Dinner happens at the State Buildings right in Perth's center.

    Perth to Margaret River

    Head out to Margaret River wine region. Start at Penguin Island with a wildlife cruise through Shoalwater Bay to spot dolphins, sea lions, and seabirds. After that, visit Busselton Jetty, the longest in the Southern Hemisphere, and walk or take the train along the 1.7km timber jetty. Check into your accommodation at Pullman Bunker Bay, then dinner at Other Side of the Moon Restaurant with local seasonal food and wines.

  4. Day 4

    Margaret River

    Begin with a Welcome to Country ceremony at Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse led by a local Aboriginal guide. You'll do an interactive walk learning about the land from an Aboriginal perspective, see artifacts, and listen to didgeridoo music. Later, drive through vineyard roads to Margaret River winery for a guided vineyard walk and 7-course lunch with wine pairing. Spend time exploring Margaret River town before heading back to your hotel.

  6. Day 6

    Fremantle and Rottnest Island

    Take a catamaran across the ocean to Rottnest Island (locals call it Rotto). Walk the beaches looking for the friendly quokkas. Join a Discovery tour with a local guide covering the island's locations, history, culture, and wildlife. You'll have lunch, then explore more beaches before heading back to Fremantle by catamaran. End with a Celebration Dinner with your group featuring local wines and a seasonal farm-to-table menu.

    • For any tour departing before February 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Inspiring Journeys. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Inspiring Journeys will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
