Itinerary
- Day 1
Tarangire National Park
You'll get picked up from your hotel and start driving toward Tarangire National Park. The park covers a huge area and you'll see why it's known for its large elephant herds and the distinctive baobab trees scattered across the landscape. By the time you arrive, it'll be around lunch, so you'll have a chance to eat and rest before heading out on an afternoon game drive. After exploring for a few hours, you'll return to the lodge for dinner and settle in for the night.

Tarangire to Serengeti
After leaving Tarangire, the drive to Serengeti takes several hours. You'll pull in around lunchtime and grab a meal at the lodge. In the afternoon, you'll head out on your first game drive here, looking for lions, buffalo, and other wildlife moving through the park. By evening you'll return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti
This day is dedicated to exploring Serengeti with full game drives from morning through late afternoon. You'll have chances to spot the animals that make this park exceptional, and depending on the season, you might catch parts of the migration when over two million wildebeest and zebra move north. Return to the lodge for dinner in the evening.

Serengeti
You'll spend another complete day driving through Serengeti. This second full day gives you more opportunities to see different areas of the park and encounter more wildlife. The migration happens annually as these massive herds travel north, creating one of Africa's most dramatic natural events. Head back to the lodge for dinner.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
The drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro takes you to a volcanic crater that's the largest intact caldera in the world. You'll spend a full day doing game drives within the crater itself, which acts like a natural enclosed wildlife area. Over 25,000 large animals live here, and you'll find the highest concentration of lions in Africa, so your chances of spotting them are very good. Return to your lodge for the evening.

Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you'll travel to Lake Manyara National Park, which is smaller than the other parks but has its own character with acacia forests and large trees like figs and mahogany. Lunch happens at the lodge, then you'll head out for an afternoon game drive where you can watch baboons and blue monkeys in their natural habitat. You'll return to the lodge for dinner.

Lake Manyara to Arusha
Following breakfast at the lodge, you'll leave Lake Manyara and drive back to Arusha. This is your final travel day as your safari comes to an end. The drive takes a few hours, and you'll arrive back in Arusha in the afternoon.
