Hyderabad
You'll land at Hyderabad airport where a representative meets you for your hotel transfer. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to do whatever suits you best, whether that's heading out to explore the city or just relaxing after your flight.

Hyderabad
This is a full day of seeing Hyderabad's historic sites. Start at Golconda Fort, then move on to the Qutubshahi Tombs before checking out Charminar. From there, tour the Mecca Mosque and Chowmohalla Palace, plus spend time at Purani Haveli. The Salarjung Museum has an antique collection worth spending time on. Later you'll visit Birla Mandir for some spiritual time and finish with a walk around Hussain Sagar Lake.

You'll travel from Hyderabad to Badami, a drive of about 430 kilometers through varying landscapes. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and have time to take in the calm atmosphere of this historical town before dinner.

Badami
Today focuses on UNESCO World Heritage Sites with impressive architecture. In Pattadakal, you'll see Virupaksha Temple, Sanghameswara Temple, and Mallikarjuna Temple. Then move to Aihole to explore Lad Khan Temple, Durga Temple, and Meguti Temple, plus check out the detailed carvings at Ravanaphadi Cave. By late afternoon, head up to Badami Fort to catch views of the town from above.
