Arrival Kathmandu
Land in Kathmandu and get greeted by your Mega Mount Trek representative who'll handle your transfer to the hotel. You'll settle in for the night on a bed and breakfast basis, so take it easy and adjust to the altitude and local time.

Landmarks Kathmandu - Day 2
Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding
Early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes about 35 minutes, then you'll start trekking down to Phakding. The walk takes roughly 3 hours through the foothills, and meals are covered throughout the day before you reach your lodge.

Landmarks Lukla Phakding - Day 3
Phakding to Namche Bazar
You'll climb uphill to Namche Bazar, which takes about 5 hours of trekking through terrain that gradually gets steeper. This Sherpa trading town sits in a natural amphitheater with mountains all around, and you'll have all meals included while staying at a local lodge.

Landmarks Namche Bazar - Day 4
Everest Viewpoint - Khumjung - Namche Bazar
Head up to the Everest viewpoint to see Mt. Everest and the surrounding peaks, then trek over to Khumjung, a traditional Sherpa village, before heading back to Namche Bazar for the night. Food is provided throughout the day.

Landmarks Mount Everest Khumjung - Day 5
Namche Bazar to Lukla
Trek back down toward Lukla, retracing your route through the foothills over 5 to 6 hours. The descent is gradual and you'll arrive in Lukla by afternoon, staying overnight at a local lodge with all meals covered.

Lukla to Kathmandu
Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning, then get transferred to your hotel. You'll have free time to walk around Kathmandu and see what interests you, with breakfast included at your hotel for the night.

Departure Kathmandu
After breakfast, your hotel will arrange transport to Kathmandu Airport for your departure. Your Mega Mount Trek services end here as you head to your next destination.
