    We loved everything about the cruise Our room was fabulous, small but perfectly well designed with a great hot shower & extremely comfortable beds & bedding The food was plentiful & delicious The staff were mostly great. Sonia & her staff were all fantastic The two shore excursions we took to Mateus Palace & Salamanca were also great Do not miss going to Salamanca? We had an amazing time & would cruise with this company again without hesitation

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. They let us store our luggage until boarding time. The rooms, meals, excursions, and entertainment were perfect. When we did not feel well, they brought soup to our room.

    What is the best time to do this river cruise & your departures in 2025 And the category of cabin to get a view while sailing?

      The best times to go to the Canary Island would be from October to March as the weather would be mild and pleasant. Currency dates in 2025 are 18 Jan, 1 Feb, 15 Feb, 1 Mar, 15 Mar. Usually, the Upper Deck cabins are the ones that provide you with beautiful scenery.

      This ship will have cabins spread out from Deck 3 until Deck 6. Cabins on Deck 3 will have porthole windows. Cabins on Deck 4 will have a small fixed window. Cabins on Deck 5 will have a small fixed window. Cabins on Deck 6 will have a balcony.

For tours departing after October 31st, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
