Itinerary
- Day 1
Windhoek to Waterberg Region
Land at Windhoek International Airport and connect with your car rental transfer service to collect your Toyota 4x4. After getting briefed on the vehicle, you'll drive through Windhoek and head toward Okahandja, a historic town connected to the Herero people. From there, continue on to the Waterberg region for your first night's stay.

- Day 2
Waterberg Region to Etosha National Park
After breakfast, drive north through Otjiwarongo (about 250km from Windhoek) and pass through Otavi before reaching Tsumeb, which serves as your gateway to the north. Check in to Etosha National Park for two nights. If you're keen to get started, take a short drive to the Park Entrance for an afternoon game drive, then watch the sunset before heading back to your lodge before the gates close.

Etosha National Park
Head out early for a morning safari in Etosha National Park, a 22,270 sq km area with saline desert, savannah and woodlands. Spend your day game-viewing from your rental vehicle or watching wildlife at the lodge waterholes. You can grab a packed lunch from the lodge or, if you prefer, join a guided game drive in an open vehicle with an experienced guide.

Walk through vibrant streets, check out historical sites and cultural spots, then try local dishes at a restaurant to get a feel for what makes Windhoek distinctive.
