Arusha
You'll land at Kilimanjaro International Airport and get picked up for a transfer to Arusha Serena Hotel, which sits on the shores of Lake Duluti. The afternoon is yours to relax at the hotel or take a walk through Arusha town to get oriented before your safari begins.

Arusha to Tarangire
After a morning briefing and some time to prepare, you'll grab lunch before heading out in a safari vehicle. You'll pass through the Masai Steppe with its villages and plantations, drive through Makuyuni, and reach Tarangire National Park for your first game viewing. By evening you'll arrive at Tarangire Sopa Lodge, which sits surrounded by ancient baobab trees.

- Day 3
Tarangire to Lake Manyara
This morning brings a game drive through Tarangire where you're looking for lion prides and elephant herds around the silale swamp and baobab-lined areas. You'll head back to the lodge for lunch, then drive north through the park toward Makuyuni and up through a scenic escarpment. By late afternoon you'll reach Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge on the Rift Valley edge.

Lake Manyara to Serengeti
Start with breakfast and a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, then return to the lodge for lunch. After that you'll head northwest through hilly highlands with wheat and coffee plantations, passing into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Serengeti plains. You'll enter Serengeti National Park in the afternoon with wildlife spotting as you drive to Serengeti Serena Lodge.

- Day 5
Serengeti
You'll rise for breakfast and head out for both morning and afternoon game drives across the Serengeti's dramatic landscape of riverine forests, rocky outcrops called kopjes, and volcanic grassland. Mid-day you'll stop back at the lodge for lunch. You're watching for the Big Five, lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinoceros, plus the many birds and reptiles around. Dinner happens at the lodge.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After breakfast you'll depart toward Ngorongoro with a picnic lunch packed for the drive. You'll spend time watching wildlife across the vast Serengeti plains with a lunch stop along the way. From there you'll continue to Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, which is the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. You'll arrive in time for dinner with views of this natural wonder.

- Day 7
Ngorongoro
After breakfast you'll descend about 2,000 feet into Ngorongoro Crater with a picnic lunch provided. The crater floor has diverse terrain including forests, swamps, lakes, grassland, and sandy dunes, all with their own wildlife. You'll explore this unique landscape during the day and head back to the lodge in late afternoon for some rest before dinner.

Ngorongoro to Arusha (Departure)
You'll leave after breakfast heading southeast past Lake Manyara and Mto wa Mbu Village, driving through the highlands and Karatu district with scenic wheat plains and coffee plantations. The route takes you down the escarpment and back through the Masai Steppe toward Arusha. You'll have lunch when you arrive, then transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
