I had a wonderful trip visiting all 3 Baltic States. Alex the overall tour guide was friendly, easy to talk to and work with. He was very knowledgeable on the history and cultures of the 3 Baltic countries. The hotels that where picked where very nice and well taken care of. And the country and site specific guides where very nice and knowledge.

Guides including local city guides and palace guides were great Logistics especially combination of several groups onto very large buses was not as anticipated or advertised

Everything was okay, it’s just that this was a solo trip for me and the only reason I booked a tour was so I wouldn’t be alone the entire time. Turns out I was the only person on the tour. The ‘welcome’ dinner was me eating in a restaurant by myself. Luckily they did let me cancel the second dinner. Covid kind of put a damper on the Christmas Market but they did the best they could considering. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 19th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 19th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Smart Travel OU. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Smart Travel OU will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Smart Travel OU" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
