Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive at Delhi airport where a greeter meets you for your hotel transfer. After settling in, spend the day checking out the city's historic spots like the Red Fort and Jama Masjid. A cycle rickshaw tour takes you through Chandni Chowk and the Khari Baoli Spice Market, which gets crowded but gives you real Delhi energy. From there, head to Humayun's Tomb and Qutab Minar. Later in the afternoon, drive past the President House, Parliament, and India Gate before heading back to rest up at your hotel.

Delhi to Shimla
Drive from Delhi toward Shimla, following scenic mountain roads that wind through the foothills. You'll stop for lunch somewhere along the route, and later grab tea at a roadside spot. Check in when you reach your hotel in Shimla, then the evening is yours to relax or wander around and get a feel for the mountain town.

Shimla
This morning starts with a city tour of Shimla. Head to Jakho Temple first, then make your way to Annadale for some nice views and fresh air. Stop by Taradevi Temple next. After that, spend time on Mall Road where you can browse shops selling rugs, woolens, and local handicrafts. Take your time wandering around and soaking in what makes this hill station feel special.

- Day 4
Shimla to Manali
Following breakfast, drive out from Shimla toward Manali. The route takes you through Naggar where you'll stop at the Roerich Art Gallery to see some interesting artwork. Check into your Manali hotel when you arrive, then the rest of the day is flexible. You can explore the area around your hotel or just relax after the drive and enjoy the mountain surroundings.

- Day 5
Manali
Head out early for an excursion to Rohtang Pass at 13,000 ft/3,962 m where the views open up across the valleys. You'll learn about its past as an ancient trading route. Stop at Bhrigu Lake to see the water and mountains. By evening you'll be back in Manali with time to walk through the local market and pick up some souvenirs or snacks before dinner.

- Day 6
Manali

Spend some time on Mall Road after that, and leave the rest of the afternoon open to just walk around town and catch the local atmosphere at your own pace.

- Day 7
Manali to Dharamshala
Drive to Dharamshala, a quiet hill town that sits surrounded by forest and mountains. The place has a strong Buddhist culture that you'll notice as soon as you arrive. Check into your hotel and spend the evening unwinding. The air is peaceful here, and there's a spiritual feeling throughout the town that's worth taking time to appreciate.

Mcleodganj
Walk through Mcleodganj and Dharamshala's spiritual side by visiting the Tsuglagkhang Complex and Dalai Lama Temple. Head to Bhagsunag Temple with its waterfall nearby, then check out the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts. Stop by Tsechokling Gompa and St. John in the Wilderness for more cultural sites. End with a visit to Dal Lake. Spend the day slowly moving between these spots to really take in the calm and culture of the region.

- Day 9
Dharamshala to Amritsar
Drive to Amritsar, a city full of history and energy. Get to your hotel and check in. In the afternoon, head to the Wagah Border to see the Beating Retreat Ceremony, where soldiers perform this dramatic ritual right at the international boundary. The noise and patriotic feeling there is intense and unlike anything else you'll see on this trip.

- Day 10
Amritsar to Delhi
After breakfast, walk through Amritsar's key sites starting with the Golden Temple, probably the most important stop. Visit Durgiana Temple next, then check out the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum and Gobindgarh Fort. Take a rickshaw ride through the old market and walk around the streets there. Later, head to the railway station to catch the Shatabdi train to Delhi. Once you arrive in Delhi, transfer to your hotel for the night.
