Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and get driven to your deluxe hotel in Kathmandu. After you check in, your guide will meet you and walk through what's coming up during the trek. This evening there's a welcome dinner with local Nepali food and cultural programs.

- Day 2
Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding
Early morning flight takes you to Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla. Your guide meets you there and you'll have local tea before starting the trek through Sherpa villages. The route goes through Himalayan terrain with views of Numbur and Phari peaks, crosses Ghat village, then reaches Phakding by day's end. You'll stay at a teahouse with Kusum-Kangaru mountain visible.

- Day 3
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
You start early for a long hiking day from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Along the way you'll cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, walk through Benkar (where you can see Mount Thamserku), and stop at Monjo for permit checks at Sagarmatha National Park entrance. After passing through Jorsalle village and following the Bhote Koshi River, you reach Namche Bazaar with views of Mount Everest, Tawache, Kwangde, Lhotse and other peaks from different viewpoints.

- Day 4
Namche Bazaar
This morning you'll hike steeply to the Mount Everest Hotel at 13,000 ft/3,962 m, a Guinness Book-recorded place. You pass the Syangboche airstrip on the way down. After tea and looking at the Mount Everest views from the hotel, you trek back to Namche Bazaar. Spend the afternoon checking out what the town offers: Wi-Fi, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. If it's Saturday, there's a weekly market to browse. You can also look through local Tibetan markets for souvenirs before returning to your teahouse.

- Day 5
Namche Bazaar to Lukla
You'll trek back to Lukla in a long 7 to 8 hour hiking day, stopping at Phakding along the way. Mountain views and natural vegetation continue as you walk through Sherpa villages. Once you reach Lukla, there's time to explore the town and learn more about the local area. You'll spend the night at a teahouse and get ready for tomorrow's flight back to Kathmandu.

Lukla to Kathmandu
You fly from Lukla back to Kathmandu. Weather in the Khumbu region can be unpredictable, so flight times might change. When you land in the capital city, you'll rest for the day and recover from the trek.

- Day 7
Kathmandu
Your guide takes you around Kathmandu's main cultural sites. You'll see Pashupatinath Temple, a major Hindu temple complex on the Bagmati River's banks dedicated to Lord Shiva, with over 500 temples, monuments, and shrines plus a pagoda-styled main temple and bronze bull. Next is Boudhanath Stupa, a Buddhist shrine with its distinctive milky white dome shape. Then you'll check out Patan Durbar Square to see Newari art and architecture. These three sites are part of Nepal's 10 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This evening there's a departure dinner where you can think back on your trip.

Kathmandu to Airport
After breakfast and any final shopping, you'll transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for departure. Your coordinators will say goodbye as the tour ends.
