Itinerary
- Day 1
Tel Aviv
You'll arrive at Ben Gurion Airport where your tour representative meets you and helps with customs before transferring you to your Tel Aviv hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in, rest up, or walk around and check out the city's historic streets and landmarks on your own.

- Day 2
Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
After breakfast, head south toward Masada and take the cable car up to explore the ancient fortress. You'll see Herod's palaces, the synagogue, bathhouse and cisterns while looking out at the Roman camps and Dead Sea below. Later, you descend to the Dead Sea to try the mineral-rich black mud and float in the salty water. From there, you'll pass by Ein Gedi oasis as you drive through the Judean Desert toward Jerusalem, getting there around 6 pm.

Jerusalem
After breakfast, you'll head to the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea scrolls at the Shrine of the Book and check out the renovated model of the Herodian city. Next comes Yad Vashem, the Holocaust memorial, followed by the village of Ein Karem, which has Christian significance. Then you travel to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, returning to your Jerusalem hotel around 6 pm.

Jerusalem
Starting after breakfast, you explore the Old City of Jerusalem, seeing the Western Wall, Temple Mount, and walking the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. You'll head to Mount Zion to see King David's tomb and the Room of the Last Supper, then move to the Mount of Olives for views across the city. After visiting the Garden of Gethsemane, you'll finish at Mahane Yehuda, Israel's largest open market, before heading back to your hotel in the evening.

Jerusalem to Tiberias
After breakfast, you drive north from Jerusalem, passing through Jericho and the Jordan Valley with its new settlements to reach Beit She'an and explore the preserved Roman city excavations. Moving up to the Golan Heights, you'll pass Druze villages and a former Syrian fortification, then visit Banias at the Jordan River's source. You'll experience Israeli wine country with vineyard tours and tastings before heading down to the Hula Valley and arriving in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee shores.

Tiberias
After breakfast, you drive along the Sea of Galilee shoreline to Capernaum to explore the ancient synagogue ruins. You'll visit the Mount of Beatitudes where the Sermon on the Mount took place and Tabgha, the site of the miracle of the loaves and the fish. If weather permits, there's an option to sail on the Sea of Galilee (subject to a fee). Then you head to Nazareth to see the Church of the Annunciation and other Christian sites, getting back to Tiberias around 6 pm.

Tiberias to Eilat
After breakfast, you drive west through Galilee's hills to Acre and explore the old Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Then to Haifa, where you go up Mount Carmel for city views and visit the Baha'i Shrine and Persian Garden overlooking the bay. You'll continue along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea to see the Roman Theatre and Crusader fortress. From there you drive to Ben Gurion Airport for a short flight to Ramon Airport in Eilat (not included), then transfer to your Red Sea resort.

Eilat to Petra to Tel Aviv
You leave Eilat around 8 am and cross into Jordan at the Arava border crossing, driving through the desert and past Wadi Rum to reach Petra. You enter through the Siq, a narrow passage carved into the mountains, and reach the Treasury carved into the rock face. After exploring the ancient city with its hundreds of tombs and monuments and the Amphitheatre, you'll have a sit-down lunch in Wadi Musa and visit Moses Spring. Then you drive to Aqaba for a city tour before returning through the border, flying back to Ben Gurion Airport (not included), and transferring to your Tel Aviv hotel for check-in.
