- Day 1
Ljubljana
You'll arrive at Ljubljana airport and get picked up by private van for the drive to your hotel in the city centre. Your local guide meets you for a walking tour through the historical heart of the city, then the rest of the day is yours to explore. Head up to Ljubljana Castle if that interests you, or wander around and find a local restaurant that catches your eye. You're staying at a 4-star hotel right in the centre, so everything's within reach.

Bled - Postojna - Zagreb
After breakfast, you're heading to Bled Lake where you'll have choices on how to experience it. Take a traditional pletna boat out on the water for the views of the lake and mountains, or if you prefer hiking, make your way up to Bled Castle to see the wine cellar and try the local cream cake. From there, you'll transfer to Postojna Caves for a guided train ride through the cave system. The final leg gets you to Zagreb, about 2 hours away, where you'll stay overnight.

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby after breakfast for a walking tour of Zagreb's historical centre. You'll experience the world's shortest funicular and check out the Dolac food market with all its local energy. Walk through both the Upper and Lower towns to get a feel for the city's different areas. The afternoon is free, so use it to visit museums, climb up to viewpoints, explore parks, or grab lunch at one of the places your guide recommends.

After breakfast, transfer to Trakoščan Castle in north Croatia, which takes about an hour to reach. Spend time exploring the castle, the historic buildings, and the grounds around it. Later, you'll head to a local agritourism restaurant that has vineyards on site for a 3-course lunch with Croatian wine pairings. Then it's back to Zagreb for the night.

Grab lunch at a local traditional restaurant if you're hungry, then transfer back to Zagreb for your final night.
