- Day 1
Valletta
You'll arrive at Valletta airport or port and get transferred to your hotel. After you check in and settle in, the rest of the day is yours to do what you'd like. Dinner is something you'll arrange on your own.

Mdina
Breakfast at the hotel gets you started, then your private guide takes you through Valletta's main sights like St. John's Cathedral and Barraca Gardens, plus the Grand Master's Palace. You'll grab local pastries and a traditional drink at a historic café before taking lunch on your own. After that, you'll head inland to Mdina, the walled ancient Arab capital, where narrow streets and Belvedere viewpoints give you great views across the island.

- Day 3
Marsaxlokk - Wied iz-Zurrieq - Dingli Cliffs
Your private car picks you up to explore southern and western Malta. You'll check out the Cottonera area with its ancient cities, then drive to Marsaxlokk fishing village to see the colorful traditional boats and local market. Lunch at a typical restaurant comes next. Later you can take a boat trip to the Blue Grotto sea cave at Wied iz-Zurrieq (boat fee is paid locally), and finish up with scenic views from the Dingli Cliffs before heading back to your hotel.

- Day 4
Gozo Island
Pick up from your hotel between 8:30 and 9:00 AM for a 20-minute ferry crossing to Gozo. You'll see the island's main sites including Ta' Pinu basilica, Dwejra area, Xlendi Bay, the Ggigantija Megalithic Temples, and Victoria with its Citadelle and St. George's Square. There's free time to shop at Victoria's market, then around 3:00 to 3:30 PM you'll take the ferry back to Malta and transfer to your hotel.

Mnajdra - Ta' Qali - Dingli
After breakfast, you'll travel to southern Malta to see the Hagar Qim and Mnajdra megalithic temples, which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites from 5,500 years ago and older than Stonehenge. Next you'll stop at Ta' Qali Craft Village to walk through local artisans' shops with blown glass and other crafts. Then it's off to Dingli village for lunch at a traditional farm where they serve hand-picked vegetables and Maltese specialties like rabbit stew or traditional Ftira.

Ragusa Ibla
You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Valletta Port for a 90-minute catamaran to Pozzallo in Sicily. After arrival, you get transferred to your hotel in Ragusa and try Sicilian cuisine at a nearby agritourism. The rest of the evening you'll wander around Ragusa Ibla, the UNESCO World Heritage Site known for Sicilian Baroque architecture with its Cathedral and beautiful Giardino Ibleo, or sample local wine at your own pace.

After breakfast, you'll travel to Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll walk through its main axis with palaces, convents, and churches like the Cathedral and Palazzo Nicolaci Villadorata. Following lunch, you'll head to Syracuse to visit the Archaeological Park of Neapolis with its Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre, and the Ear of Dionysus. Then you'll finish by exploring Ortigia's historic center with Piazza Duomo and the Baroque Cathedral that was once a Greek temple.

- Day 8
Catania
After breakfast, you'll transfer to Mount Etna, Europe's largest active volcano. You'll safely explore the mountain and see sites from past and recent eruptions while learning about the unique traditions and flavors of the slopes. At the Gambino Winery you'll learn how Etna's volcanic soil and temperature swings create ideal conditions for exceptional wines, then have lunch with wine tasting. You'll return to Catania, check into your hotel, and have free time before arranging your own dinner.

Catania
Starting with breakfast at the hotel, you'll travel to Taormina for a guided tour of the famous Greek Theatre and main square. Then you'll have free time to walk through the narrow streets, shop for coral jewelry and ceramics, or try local sweets. Early afternoon you'll return to Catania, and later there's a farewell dinner before your overnight stay.
