- Day 1
Washington, D.C.
You'll arrive in Washington, D.C. and get settled into your hotel. This afternoon you'll meet your Travel Director, then head over to Georgetown to check out some shops and grab dinner. It's a good way to start getting a feel for the city.

Washington, D.C.
A sightseeing tour takes you through D.C.'s main attractions, including the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and the White House. You'll also visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture. After lunch, you can pick from optional activities like the Air and Space Museum, a walk along the Tidal Basin Loop Trail, a tour of Mount Vernon Estate, or an evening Washington Illumination Tour if you want to see the city lit up.

Amish Country
You'll head into Amish Country and stop at Kitchen Kettle Village to pick up some homemade fudge and browse local shops. The Farmlands tour gives you a real look at how Amish families live, including a visit to the Fisher Family Homestead. Later, you get to choose between a buggy ride through the countryside or dinner at Plain and Fancy restaurant.

Appalachian Mountains to Canada
You'll travel northwest through western New York State, following alongside the Susquehanna River as you pass through the Appalachian Mountains. The drive gives you nice views of this ancient mountain range, and later you'll cross the border from the United States into Canada.

Niagara Falls
At Niagara Falls, you'll get up close to North America's largest waterfall. A boat cruise takes you right to Horseshoe Falls so you can see both the Canadian and American sides. The sheer volume of water coming down is something you really need to see in person.

Niagara Falls to New York City
You'll head back across the border and travel through upstate New York, passing the Poconos Mountains along the way. You'll arrive in New York City late in the afternoon with time to explore the food scene, which ranges from food trucks to high-end Michelin-starred restaurants.

New York City
After breakfast at Junior's restaurant, a local guide leads you through Manhattan's famous spots including Broadway, Greenwich Village, and Wall Street. You'll visit the 9/11 Memorial for some reflection time. The afternoon is yours to wander around Brooklyn, catch a Broadway show, or pick from other options like SUMMIT One Vanderbilt or checking out art galleries.
