Itinerary
- Day 1
Nagpur to Pench National Park
You'll arrive in Nagpur and connect with your driver for the drive through central India toward Pench National Park. The route takes you through some nice countryside, and once you reach the resort, you'll check in and settle in for the evening. As the sun sets, you'll hear wildlife sounds around the property, which really sets the mood for what's ahead.

Landmarks Pench National Park - Day 2
Pench National Park
Start early for a morning safari through Pench, then head back to the resort for breakfast and a break. Your naturalist guide will point out tigers, leopards, and other wildlife throughout the day as you drive through the park's forests and grasslands. The afternoon safari rounds out your wildlife viewing, and by evening you'll return to the resort to rest and reflect on what you've seen.

Landmarks Pench National Park - Day 3
Pench to Kanha National Park
After leaving Pench, the drive to Kanha National Park takes you through varied landscape and takes about 4-5 hours depending on road conditions. Once you arrive and check in, you'll have the evening to walk around the resort and get familiar with your surroundings. The jungle setting here has a different feel from Pench, with dense forest closer to the property.

Kanha National Park
Both morning and afternoon safaris give you good chances to spot tigers, wild boar, and various birds moving through Kanha's forests and open meadows. Your guide will explain the park's ecosystem and animal behavior as you drive. Later in the day, after returning to the resort, you'll have time to relax at the property and go over the day's wildlife encounters with other travelers or just on your own.

Kanha to Bandhavgarh National Park
The journey to Bandhavgarh National Park continues your tiger safari experience, and this park has higher tiger sightings than many others in central India. After arriving and checking in, you'll head out for a safari in the late afternoon to start exploring the park's landscape. The evening brings you back to the resort where you can look up at the night sky and process your first taste of Bandhavgarh.

Bandhavgarh National Park

Back at the resort by evening, you'll have plenty to talk about regarding the day's sightings and experiences.

Bandhavgarh to Panna National Park
Traveling to Panna National Park brings you to a different landscape with rivers running through dense forest. The drive itself takes a few hours, and once you arrive at the resort, you'll have a more relaxed day to settle in. This is a good opportunity to rest a bit before your safari experiences continue and to take in the quieter atmosphere of the place.

- Day 8
Panna to Khajuraho
An early morning safari in Panna gets you out before the heat sets in, and afterward you'll head back for breakfast before beginning the journey to Khajuraho. After a few hours driving, you'll check into your hotel and spend the afternoon and early evening walking through the Khajuraho temples, which date back several centuries. Later that evening, a light and sound show at the temples tells the history of the place in a dramatic way.

Khajuraho to Orchha
The drive to Orchha from Khajuraho takes around 2-3 hours, and the town sits on the Betwa River with architecture dating back to the 16th century. By evening you'll settle into the town's quiet pace and historical character, getting a feel for how people lived centuries ago.

- Day 10
Gwalior - Agra
Heading toward Agra, you'll stop in Gwalior to see the fort, which sits high above the city and offers views of the surrounding area. After exploring the fort, you'll continue driving to Agra (about 3 hours from Gwalior) and check into your hotel. In the evening, if you're interested, there's an optional cultural show called 'Mohabbat the Taj' that tells the story of the Taj Mahal through performance.

Agra
You'll head to the Taj Mahal well before sunrise to see it in the early morning light, which is the most popular time to visit. The marble changes color as the sun rises, and the crowd is generally smaller than later in the day. After that, you'll explore the Agra Fort and the Baby Taj (actually called Tomb of I'timad-ud-Daulah) before driving back to Delhi, wrapping up the trip with memories of both wildlife and the country's famous landmarks.
