I believe that Carolina our tour guide was so calm, inclusive and cultivated an incredible experience for the whole group. She developed a great team of local guides supporting history and cultural information and made sure we all felt comfortable and connected. The tour starts in Medellin and ends in Cartagena, so you will need to make your own way back to Medellin from Cartagena once the tour has ended. The Tour Leader can provide assistance with booking and planning onwards travel at the end of the tour, but this will need to be booked by the traveller.

We do not accept any responsibility for visa applications and the processing times surrounding that. If your visa application is declined, we cannot issue refunds for the trip as visa applications are not a service we offer, and therefore is not our responsibility. The deposit is non-refunable, and the full monies are lost if the trip is cancelled with less than 60 days to go from the trip starting. We can consider a date change as an option, but we can go through that as an option as and when necessary. You will need to contact us to let us know if you are wishing to change the date of your trip, and we will need to then look into the relevant fees etc from there.
