- jaqueline· October 29th, 2019I was interested in a 7 day Safari that visited the popular destinations and this was perfect. I traveled with my mother aged 56 and 3 children aged 13, 12 and 6. It was a special and memorable experience. Comfort at Muraa African Safaris was understanding and took the time to design a 10 days package that suited our needs.The driver Daniel was knowledgable and co driver very friendly keeping children entertained- most of all we were so lucky and got to see all the big five! Accommodation was varied to suit our needs and budget, we opted for 3 star hotel in Nakuru and tented camping in maasai mara to get the real feel of nature. In Tanzania we saw the big 5 mostly Serengeti and Ngorongoro was wonderful. This was my first safari and will definitely be booking another one off the beaten track (cultural safari). My highlights would be picnic under the thorn tree in Maasai mara, visiting maasai manyatta(village) and dancing with the warriors, observing a lion feed after a kill and flamingoes at Lake nakuru. Please note we were on holiday in Mombasa for 3 weeks and MURAA AFRICAN SAFARIS was reccomended by a local resident.Show moreTrip date: October 2019
