They liaised and coordinated with their local partners to ensure that I was picked up at the airport. The tour was well-organized. They have small personalized tours. Most importantly, and the reason why I would travel again with Across Africa, is that they have EXCELLENT customer service. Case in point: when the local tour operator mistakenly took me to the wrong hotel where no booking had been made for me, Across Africa sorted this out on the spot and in less than 20 mins. No questions asked and no excuses given. They found alternate booking and upgraded my reservation. The next day they contacted me to apologize and explain what had happened. That is the type of tour operator that I appreciate traveling with: one that helps resolves any hiccups on the spot. Highly recommend!Show more
