  i absolutely was blown away about how our guide asta went above and beyond for us on our trip. not only did we leave with a new friendship but he truly made sure we had the best time we could possibly have. when the airport lost my bag with my medication in it, he reached out to his contacts and found a pharmacy that carried it thank god! not only that, but he came with me to the airport when my bag finally got there and helped me talk to customer service to retrieve it. words do not explain how grateful i am! he also gave us advice on where to go in our down time of course. truly one in a million!!

  Amazing experience! Asta was our guide and he went above and beyond thee entire trip. The trip itself was packed with so many awesome activities for a great price. We went to the beach, water activities, explored multiple temples, hiked for sunrise and enjoyed a beautiful waterfall! I cant wait to come back and use this tour guide again! Everything was wonderful, including the accommodations we stayed at. Asta really made the trip so much more with his knowledge and flexibility! We were always running late and having baggage issues, he literally took us to the airport and helped recover our baggage. He was amazing!! Thanks so much for everything!

  I had a fantastic time with my guide, Asta. I booked the Bali Adventure Group Tour and luckily I was the only one. Asta is a reliable, friendly and patient guide, who told me a lot about the cultural and religious life of the Balinese people, as well as the significance and architecture of the temples and other sights. He also knew when to be at which spots to avoid getting caught in the tourist crowds. He gave me the opportunity to tailor the tour to my wishes, so I was able to take a beginner's surfing course (for a small additional charge) in Kuta on the water sports day, which he organized spontaneously. He has a good sense of what his clients enjoy and made suitable suggestions. For example, I was absolutely thrilled by Mt. Agung, and after the Heavens Gate Stop, he showed me a great restaurant where I could have lunch with a view of rice fields and Mt. Agung (the view was also great and clear). Asta is also a good and safe driver and takes great photos. So for these reasons I can highly recommend Asta and Puti Bali Driver! It was all very well organized!!

  I had the most incredible 5-day Bali tour experience, all thanks to the amazing tour guide, Yanik! As a solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better companion to explore this beautiful island.   This was in celebration of my birthday and hands down, it was the best experience. Special shout out to our tour guide Yanik (Yanny), she is the best. She made the experience extra special, was very timely, coordinated everything, even helped planned birthday surprises for me with the 2 hotels I stayed in. She was so cheerful and friendly. And oh, she takes amazing pictures too. I 100% recommend Putu Bali Driver if you want the authentic Balinese experience but please make sure to specially request for Yanny. She is a difference maker.

  Great overview of the island. Our driver, Rukun, was extremely conscientious and helpful and safe. He was really good about helping with photos and carrying our extra stuff. We expected that we were going to move hotels during the six day trip, but we were based out of one hotel which made for long driving times to some of the attractions and limited our enjoyment of those attractions. I suspect this was due to just re-opening. The hotel itself was excellent. Airport pick up and return was extremely smooth and they accommodated our changing schedules. We were able to somewhat customize our tour to do things that were not included instead of some of the items that were included that we were not interested in. Overall a great experience. I would definitely work with this company and driver again.

  Fantastic tour and very thankful to tour operator for being attentive and ensuring the tour went smoothly. Ravi and Asta were also great drivers, very easy going and friendly. Although a somewhat challenging hike at 4 AM, Mount Batur was definitely worth the hike but make sure to bring an extra blanket and clothes as the peak can be pretty cool in comparison to sea level. Would have enjoyed more spa time afterwards! The coffee plantation tour was also another fantastic highlight and being able to experience the different types of local teas/coffee endemic to Bali. Main feedback would be to restrict the number of days in Kuta and instead spend more time in areas surrounded by more nature eg Ubud. I found Kuta to be a little too crowded and hectic, and unfortunately also lost my phone here as well. Aside from the beach, it didn't seem to have much to offer in terms of cultural/historical value and instead seemed more of a playground for avid nightclubbers and those who are just looking to drink.

  The best tour I have ever been on! you get a full your of the entire island, visiting temples, beaches, and going to some of the top spots in Bali. My driver and guide Dede was excellent from the pickup at the airport until I left Bali. He knows every road in the island and can get you where you need to go with the least amount of traffic. He was very knowledgeable with the history of the temples, a great photographer, and very personable and fun to have around for the week! I would recommend anyone looking to visit Bali do this tour as it gives you everything you need in 6 days!
