- Day 4 Trek to Manang (3500m) Duration 5-6 hours.
- Day 5 Exploration & Acclimatization at Manang.
- Day 6 Trek to Yak Kharka (4,000m) Duration 4-5 hours.
- Day 7 Trek to Thorang Phedi (4,450m) Duration 4-5 hours.
