5/5 stars! This tour was amazing as well as the service! + The trip organizer Jimmy communicated everything at the right time per WhatsApp. He informed me daily about what activities would take place where and what I needed to remember. + The service was excellent. I was picked up in the hotel every morning at the announced time from persons who were usually well informed about the next steps that day. Maybe twice, they just picked me up and brought me e. g. to a bus terminal without giving me instructions, but then they or me called Jimmy and we solved it. All the persons who picked me up or who were my tour guides were very polite to me. I was the only person who booked this tour at that exact time in June, so sometimes, I had my personal driver and my personal guide. I felt like a queen. + The transfer to the other cities were usually per bus and the buses were extremely comfortable. The ones from Cruz del Sur could be inclinated up to 160°, so you almost laid while sleeping. + The hotels were always located right in the center of every city, the rooms were clean and the stuff polite. + Coming from Germany, I found the nature of Peru amazing in the colder regions. Places like Machu Picchu, Valle Sagrada, Moray, the national park of Paracas etc. were absolutely beautiful and worth seeing. Negative points: - not every single city was worth seeing, e. g. if you do not want to do the Nazca Lines, you can not do anything interesting in Nazca (except the planetarium). Huacachina Oasis and Arequipa were not 100% worth it either. - - You had one day or less than that per city, except for Cusco, and you were a lot in transfer. That can be stressful for some people. On the other hand, it was great that this 15-days-tour offered so many cities to see, so these two points are not necessarily negative. ¡Muchas gracias por esta experiencia maravillosa!

    • Terres des IncasOperatorWritten November 2022

Yes, the tour is entirely in English, but there will be days that it will be in Spanish and English. The groups are variable depending on the days there can be 15 people as well as 20 people or 5 people it is variable depending on the days. As there will also be days that the tour will be private just for you. No it's not the same all the time. They are both, but most of the trip is in private vehicles, just for you or just for the group. With the price that we manage, they are 3-star hotels, If you want superior hotels, an extra supplement is paid for higher category hotels. We can send you a list of hotels with your website so that you can see and choose them, so we can make reservations for the hotels that you choose. The train that we work to go to Machu Picchu, is called EXPEDITION, it is a correct, comfortable train, But if you want a higher category train that would be the VISTADONE or the first class that would be the HIRAN BINGAN, an extra supplement is paid for these trains. Tips are given according to what you think is fair.

Could you please send upgrade options and prices for both accomodation and train =)

    • Terres des IncasOperatorWritten November 2022

For a tour with hotels between 4 stars and 5 stars for the entire tour, it would be a supplement of $ 4800.00 American dollars. In the trains these are the superior category trains: 1.- Vistadome $ 360.00 extra dollars Round Trip, 2.- Hiran Bingan (first class train) $ 1480.00 extra dollars Round Trip. You could also first go on the VISTADONE train and return with the HIRAN BINGAN train, the price would be $ 785.00 Round Trip.
