Breakfast was good only on the first hotel in Niagra on the Lake the breakfast area was very crowded and we could eat the breakfast only in the room. First 3 days we had this amazing young lady tour guide. Her knowledge was exceptional. We learnt a lot from her. Unfortunately the last 2 days we had 3 guides on the bus. But no one knew what they were doing. It was very confusing disappointing & frustrating. I don’t blame them. They are nice people. But organisational skills were very poor. I’m sure it’s not their fault. I think it’s the management’s fault. Please make sure this is not going to happen again for future travelers.
