- Innes· March 27th, 2020Caught by the coronavirus at Atacama when everything was closed when we arrived, but we were not advised by the tour company before we left Santiago. The hotel at San Pedro told us they were advised things would close several days before. Tour company were excellent at arranging pickups and hotels. Domestic flights were not included in the tour prices/arrangements which was very unclear when booking. Tour company not prepared to assist when we needed to get out of Calama in a hurry. Did not complete the tour as we left the country.Show moreTrip date: March 2020

Asked on December 27th, 2023I am interested in your tour dec 2024 when do you expect to have the dates up. What is the deposit amount in AUD. Also on the last day is it possible to organise a drop off at a hotel or instead of airport as I am looking at flying out the next day to lima
- Gray Line ChileOperator•Written December 2023
We still don't have the rates for the second semester. We expect to have them by the end of January. And yes, we can coordinate the transfer from hotel to hotel on the last day.

Traveler•Written January 2024I am happy to do up to 5 hour bus trips to get to destinations, instead of all planes to join your group tours as I would think private may be beyond my budget and I get to see more as I pass through and or stop for meals. But certainly, no overnight buses.
- Gray Line ChileOperator•Written January 2024
Flight tickets are not included on the program. So you must purchase them on your own. Remember that the transfers included are from and to the airport only.
