- Day 1
Puerto Montt to Puerto Varas
You'll land at Puerto Montt Airport and head to your hotel in Puerto Varas, which takes about 30 minutes by transfer. After settling in, the rest of your day is open to wander around town at your own pace and get a feel for the area.

- Day 2
Osorno Volcano & Petrohué Waterfalls
Following breakfast, you head out to see an active volcano with a distinctive cone shape and turquoise waterfalls nearby. The route takes you along Llanquihue Lake's southern shores where you'll learn about the German settlers who came to this region, then you visit Petruhue Waterfalls within Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. Later you'll see Todos los Santos Lake before reaching Osorno Volcano itself. Lunch happens in Ensenada village (your own expense), then you drive up to the ski resort on the volcano for panoramic views before returning to Puerto Varas by evening.

Puerto Varas
After breakfast, your schedule is flexible and you can explore Puerto Varas however you'd like. You might walk the lakeside promenade or consider optional day trips like visiting Frutillar, a German heritage village with colorful gardens and a lakeside theater, or taking a scenic boat across Lake Todos los Santos to Peulla, a remote eco-village in the Andes.
