The coach was brilliant, comfortable and fully air conditioned. Tour director Jon and driver Sam were exceptional, knowledgeable and helpful. Anybody looking to see America, we would recommend this tour. Lots of free time with special places like the Elvis experience and the hotels were brilliant! We will be back for another USA tour in the next couple of years! can’t wait!Show more

Asked on November 20th, 2024If booking a solo room and not wanting to share a hotel room with another person, is it always granted. I am happy for the extra cost that it entails. Also, how long before the tour starts are the people informed of it being a definite departure? How many people need to be booked before it becomes a definite departure please?

Since we're only provided with a limited single room in each tour we have, it's not always granted. Upon checking the May 29, 2025, departure date, the single room is still available at this moment, which means if we book you on this trip, a single room will be confirmed upon booking. However, in case it will turn out "On request" status when we book, we will have to double check the single space with our operations team. If a single room is no longer available, we will have to book you in a twin share room. Our tour becomes a definite departure once we have sold approximately half of the maximum capacity of a specific departure, and our tour can accommodate a maximum of 52 guests. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. We will advise you at least 30 days prior to the trip's scheduled commencement. If you do not accept the rescheduled trip, then we will pay you a full refund.

We looked at your coast to coast trip which looks exactly what we would like to do but the dates do not appear to be available. We are visiting my son in Boston so would preferably like to start our tour in NY but have flexibility to do whatever we can to fit in a trip of a lifetime!

A $200 deposit is required upon booking. The final payment will be due 60 days prior to the start of the tour. TourRadar can assist with a payment schedule allowing installments based on the total tour cost before the final payment deadline.

Young Traveller Discount is a discount that can be received by our guest under the age of 17 years old, and not under the age of 5 years old. This discount is based on the young traveller being booked in a twin, triple or quad room and sharing with an adult.
