    Asked on February 25th, 2025

Living in eastern Canada, the trip to Nepal is long (28 hours on average and 10:45 hours of time difference). If we need to rest before starting the trek, is it possible to avoid the 1st day of visit in the Kathmandu Valley, or to shorten it? Is the trek guaranted if we are only 2 people?
