Itinerary
- Day 1
Bangalore to Hampi
You'll start from Bangalore and head toward Hampi, making a stop at Chitradurga Fort along the way. The fort dates back to the 17th-18th centuries and has several temples worth seeing, particularly the Hidimbeshwar Temple with its Dravidian architecture. After exploring the fort, you'll continue driving to Hampi and check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get a feel for the area's calm vibe.

- Day 2
Hampi
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll take a guided tour through Hampi's UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour covers the ruined temples from the Vijayanagara Empire scattered along the River Tungabhadra. You'll see the Hazara Rama Temple, Kings Balance, Mahanavami Dibba, Royal Enclosures, the Ugra Narasimha Temple statue, Virupaksha Temple, and the Vithala Temple Complex. You'll also check out the Lotus Mahal and stop by the ASI Museum. A lot of these structures show signs of damage from 16th-century Moghul invasions, but they still give you a real sense of the empire's power.

You'll have breakfast and then head back to Bangalore, spending the drive thinking through everything you've learned about the history and culture around Hampi. Once you arrive in Bangalore, you'll get dropped off at your hotel or airport, wrapping up the trip.
