Itinerary
- Day 1
Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
You'll leave Johannesburg and drive through the Panorama Route's scenic landscape toward Kruger National Park. Once you arrive, there's no time to waste, so you head straight out on your first safari in a closed vehicle. The afternoon and evening are spent checking out various waterholes where wildlife congregates, and you'll have good chances of spotting animals as the light gets lower. After that, you'll head to Tembo Guest Lodge for the night.

Landmarks/POIs Kruger National Park Panorama Route - Day 2
Kruger National Park
Your alarm goes off at 5 am because the early hours are when you'll see the most activity. You'll climb into an open vehicle and head out to look for big cats heading back from their night hunts and hyenas still scavenging. The African sunrise happens while you're out there, and you'll cover some areas that might have been quiet the previous evening. After returning to lodge and packing up your things, you'll make the drive back to Johannesburg or head to the airport.
