Brett· January 13th, 2023Booked a tour, tour got cancelled 60 days out. Waited four days for a response about moving it to another date, was told there was availability. Awaited a response for another three days, nothing. Called and got told the tour I was to move it to is no longer available. Now out of pocket $1000 for flights with unsuitable dates for any other tours. Have also been told to wait upto 12 weeks for a refund. Pathetic excuse for a company.Show moreTrip date: January 2023
