Itinerary
- Day 1
New Delhi to Varanasi
You'll fly from New Delhi to Varanasi and connect with your guide at the airport. After you get settled into your hotel, if your timing works out, head down to the Ganga river in the evening. The Ganga Aarti ceremony happens there with priests performing rituals on the ghats. You'll hear Sanskrit mantras, drums, bells, and cymbals filling the air by the water.

- Day 2
Sarnath - New Delhi
Start early with a boat ride on the Ganga River to see religious rituals happening at the ghats as Varanasi wakes up. After that, take a heritage walk through the ancient staircases to get a feel for how people live here day to day. Later, head to Sarnath, which is about 13 km away, where Buddha first taught in the famous deer park. From there, you'll transfer to the airport for your flight back to Delhi.
