Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive at Delhi International Airport Terminal 3 and meet your tour representative and driver for the transfer to your hotel. Once you're settled in, head out to see Gurudwara Bangla Sahib Temple with its serene atmosphere and the community kitchen. From there, drive to Rashtrapati Bhavan to see the residence of India's President from the outside, then walk through Agrasen ki Baoli, that fascinating stepwell tucked away in the city center. If you're up for it, you can explore the area more, or just relax at your hotel this evening after your journey.

Delhi
After breakfast, you're spending the entire day seeing Old and New Delhi. Start at Chandni Chowk market early to beat the crowds and take in the chaos and energy there. Next, visit Jama Mosque and Red Fort, then head to India Gate in New Delhi for some photos. From there, travel to Qutub Minar, an impressive tower from centuries past. Later in the afternoon, stop by Humayun's Tomb and the peaceful Lotus Temple. End the day at Raj Ghat before returning to your hotel. The evening is free for you to grab dinner wherever you like or just rest up.

Delhi to Agra
You'll have breakfast and check out, then drive to Agra via the express highway, which takes a few hours. Once you arrive and get checked in at your hotel, head to Agra Fort to walk through the courts and structures. Later, make your way to Mehtab Bagh to catch the Taj Mahal at sunset, which gives you great light for photography. If you have time and energy left, pop over to Baby Taj Mahal (Itmad-ud-Daulah), a smaller but intricate marble structure. Head back to your hotel as the sun goes down.

Agra to Jaipur
This morning you'll wake up early and head to the Taj Mahal for sunrise. It's worth getting up in the dark because the light and fewer crowds make it special. After taking your time there, go back to your hotel for breakfast and to pack up. Then start driving toward Jaipur, stopping at Fatehpur Sikri to see the abandoned Mughal city and the intricate architecture. You'll also visit Abhaneri Step Wells and get a feel for village life along the drive. By evening, you'll check into your Jaipur hotel with the rest of the night free to rest or explore nearby.

Jaipur
After breakfast, you're exploring Jaipur for the full day. Start with Amber Fort up on the hillside, then head down to see Panna Meena ka Kund, another stepwell. Stop by the Water Palace, which sits right in the middle of a lake. In the middle part of the day, check out the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar observatory with all its geometric instruments. By late afternoon, walk through Hawa Mahal, the five-story pink structure with all those small windows. As evening comes, wander through the Pink City market to see the shops and local activity before heading back to your hotel.

Jaipur to Rishikesh
You'll have breakfast and check out, then drive toward Rishikesh. Along the way, stop at Patrika Gate to see the large monuments there and get a view of the surrounding area. After a few hours of driving, arrive in Rishikesh and check in at your hotel. The evening is yours to do what you like, whether that's heading to the river or staying close to the hotel.

- Day 7
Rishikesh
After breakfast, you're spending the day seeing the area around Rishikesh and Haridwar. Visit Haridwar first, then head to Lakshman Jhula temple, which stands on a suspension bridge over the Ganges. You'll also see Neer Garh waterfall in the surrounding hills and visit the Beatles Ashram, where the band stayed decades ago. By evening, go to Triveni Ghat to experience the Ganga Aarti ceremony, where priests perform rituals by the river with fire and chanting. It's a powerful moment to witness.

You'll finish breakfast and pack up, then drive north to Amritsar. It's a long drive so you'll spend most of the day traveling. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and settle in. The evening is free for you to rest up or take a walk around the hotel area.

Amritsar
After breakfast, you're doing a full day of sightseeing in Amritsar. Start at the Golden Temple, the spiritual center of Sikhism where you can see the beautiful architecture and spend time in the serene courtyards. Later, drive to the Wagah Border to see the ceremonial lowering of flags between India and Pakistan, which happens with a lot of fanfare and energy. Then visit Jallianwala Bagh, the historical site with deep significance in India's independence movement. If there's still time, you might see the Summer Palace and Museum by Maharaja Ranjit Singh before heading back to your hotel late in the evening.
