Kathmandu
Today you're on a guided bike tour through Kathmandu's major sites. Your guide takes you to Pashupatinath temple, then Swayambhunath, followed by Boudhanath stupa and Kumari Place in Kathmandu Durbar Square. Expect local insights at each stop about the religious and cultural significance.

Pokhara to Tatopani
Pedaling from Pokhara to Tatopani means about 112km over 6 hours on your bike. The landscape shifts noticeably as you leave the lake area and head into the foothills, getting progressively more remote and rugged with each hour.

Tatopani to Jomsom
Another 90km bike ride ahead, this time from Tatopani to Jomsom taking around 6 hours. You're entering the Mustang region now, and the mountain views become increasingly dramatic. The terrain continues to get steeper and more challenging.

Muktinath - Kagbeni
Today's 30km ride from Jomsom starts at the sacred Muktinath holy site, then continues through dramatic landscapes toward Kagbeni where you'll stay. This route essentially opens the gateway to Upper Mustang with some of the most striking scenery of your trip.

Kagbeni to Lo Manthang
You're entering the restricted Upper Mustang area with your guide today. From Kagbeni, the route combines bike riding with trekking as you head toward Lo Manthang through this remote Himalayan terrain. Permits and guide requirements are handled.

Tsarang - Lo Manthang

China Border - Lo Manthang

Lo Manthang to Kagbeni
Today's a long one - you're heading back from Lo Manthang to Kagbeni over 8-9 hours of riding. This retraces part of your route through Upper Mustang, so the scenery repeats but the perspective changes as you descend from the region.

Kagbeni to Tatopani
Biking to Tatopani leaves the afternoon free for soaking in the natural hot spring pond. After days of mountain biking and trekking, this becomes the perfect recovery activity to warm up and relax tired muscles in the hot water.

Tatopani to Pokhara
You're riding back down to Pokhara from Tatopani today. The terrain shifts as you descend, moving through different elevations and landscape types before arriving back at the lakeside city in the afternoon or early evening.

Pokhara
A guided bike sightseeing tour takes you around Pokhara, hitting most of the major attractions in the area. You'll check out lakeside spots and cultural sites around the city at a relaxed pace, quite different from the intense mountain riding earlier.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
The final ride returns you to Kathmandu from Pokhara, completing about 202km back. This brings you back to where the bike portion of your trip started, though you're certainly more experienced with Nepal's roads and terrain now.

Your last morning in Kathmandu before heading to the airport for your international flight. You can arrange any additional activities or trips you requested, or simply have time to rest and prepare for departure.
